Procedures:
1. Buyer issues ICPO and BCL endorsed by Buyers Bank
2. Seller issues FCO and Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
3. Buyer review SPA and sign and seal
4. Within 5 working days after signing the Agreement, Buyer issue Pre-Advice LC (MT799) thru Bank to Bank basis.
5. Seller execute the Agreement and return back to Buyer
6. Seller issue Proof of Product (POP) and Allocation No. and 2% Performance Bond to activate the LC
7. Shipment commence as per contract.
